Introduction of Powder Angle of Repose Tester
The HYL-105 Powder Angle of Repose Tester is designed and manufactured based on GB/T 16913.5-1997, which references ISO 4324:1997 (Surface-active agents in powder and granular form — Determination of angle of repose). This instrument measures the angle of repose for dust particles using the Injection with Restricted Base Method. Unlike ISO 4324:1997, which measures the height of powder on the base, this method uses a protractor to directly determine the angle of repose.
Principle
Dust particles are poured from a funnel into a level tray until it overflows. The angle formed between the sloped surface of the dust pile and the horizontal base represents the angle of repose.
