Introduction of Powder Density Tester

Powder density refers to the mass corresponding to a unit volume of powder. Since there are gaps (or pores) between or within particles in powder form, the density of powder is generally less than the true density of the corresponding material. Tapped density is the density of powder in a container after it has been tapped under specified conditions.

The HY-100B Powder Density Tester, independently developed by Dandong Haoyu Technology Co., Ltd., is based on the national standard GB/T 5162-2006/ISO 3953:1993 (Determination of Tapped Density) and draws from the United States Pharmacopeia. It holds independent intellectual property rights and meets all indicators specified in GB/T 5162-2006/ISO 3953:1993.

The HY-100B Powder Density Tester consists of an adjustable-speed motor, vibration assembly, microcomputer, and micro printer. Key features include customizable amplitude, customizable vibration counts, small-angle rotation of the vibration assembly to ensure uniform material distribution during vibration, automatic calculation, print output of test results, and simultaneous testing of two samples.
